Description:

Revolut, a global financial super app powering over 75+ million customers worldwide, is hiring a remote Support Specialist for its Retail Customer Support team in India. In this frontline, customer-centric engineering and support role, you will serve as the premier point of contact for global users navigating Revolut’s consumer product ecosystem—including digital spending, savings vaulting, cross-border currency exchange, and retail investing. Moving past rigid script-reading, you will take complete ownership of complex customer queries via in-app live chat, phone support, and email trails. You will troubleshoot transactional friction, ensure absolute account security, collaborate with international product engineering squads to map recurring defects, and systematically deliver a top-tier service experience.

Requirements:

  • A completed Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution (candidates must be capable of providing at least a provisional graduation certificate).
  • Minimum of 18+ months of professional experience inside a fast-paced, high-volume customer service, technical helpdesk, or customer success environment.
  • Absolute fluency in corporate English, demonstrating a C1 Level or higher in both written and verbal communication mechanics.
  • Excellent numeracy, logical reasoning, and general IT skills to quickly dissect complex account calculations, verify multi-currency conversion ledgers, and adapt to digital internal tools.
  • An independent approach to isolating problems, intense attention to detail, and a structured knack for translating abstract technical/financial anomalies into easy-to-understand resolutions for end-users.
  • Complete willingness to work a 24/7 rotational shift framework—inclusive of night shifts and weekends—to preserve coverage across global economic zones (fully compensated by premium night shift allowances).
  • Multi-lingual fluency in European or APAC languages, alongside previous professional experience handling technical support in the telecommunications or retail banking sectors.
